A story built on vision, tested by responsibility, and renewed with purpose.

The story behind Stoutt Property Management is not a straight line. It is a life shaped by building, leadership, adversity, service, and a return to business with deeper purpose than ever before.

What defines the story

Build with excellence. Lead with discipline. Serve with purpose. Return with vision.

This is the foundation of Stoutt Property Management — a company shaped not only by experience, but by the kind of life experience that sharpens conviction, perspective, and leadership.

The Early Foundation

It began with design, development, and learning how to build from the ground up.

Glenn began his career in South Florida as a landscape architect and business owner, designing and installing landscapes across some of the region’s most prestigious communities. His early work blended creativity with execution, shaping outdoor environments that were meant to be both beautiful and lasting.

That work grew into larger development responsibility, including one of his defining early chapters: the 860-acre Savannah Club community in Port St. Lucie. There, he led full-scale landscape architecture design for the residential development, roadways, clubhouse, and 18-hole golf course, while also overseeing installation and field execution.

Aviation Discipline

Leadership was built in motion.

For two years, Glenn flew his airplane each morning from Boca Raton to Stuart to meet his team and oversee the Savannah Club project. That rhythm says a lot about the standard behind the work: precision, commitment, preparation, and showing up consistently where leadership is needed.

That aviation mindset still shapes how he approaches management today — focused, calm, detail-oriented, and accountable when the stakes are high.

Building at Scale

From founder to one of South Florida’s largest private property management operations.

Glenn went on to found and build Sundance Property Management Corp., growing it into one of the largest privately owned property management companies in South Florida. Under his leadership, the company managed a portfolio exceeding $500 million in assets.

This was not simply a story of growth. It was a story of operational discipline, client trust, team leadership, and the ability to manage complex communities at serious scale.

Tested Under Pressure

Hurricane Andrew demanded more than management. It demanded command.

Following Hurricane Andrew, Glenn led complex large-scale restoration efforts across managed properties, coordinating the recovery of more than $250 million in property damage. That chapter required logistics, communication, vendor leadership, urgency, and trust at the highest level.

It remains one of the clearest examples of what true property leadership looks like when communities need more than routine management — they need calm, direction, and execution.

Entrepreneur

Building businesses with structure.

Following his success in business, Glenn advised entrepreneurs on company structure, scalability, profitability, and preparing businesses for long-term growth and possible acquisition.

Coach

Developing discipline in young people.

He spent eight years coaching high school football at Coral Springs Charter School, helping launch the program and introducing its first academic accountability initiative for student-athletes.

Mentor

Leadership beyond the boardroom.

His work has consistently centered on helping people grow — whether in business, athletics, or life — through standards, encouragement, accountability, and belief.

A Deeply Personal Chapter

Service stopped being abstract and became part of daily life.

Glenn spent over a decade as the primary caregiver for his late wife, Lisa Stoutt. That experience transformed the way he saw leadership, responsibility, and presence. It deepened his patience, sharpened his empathy, and made service personal in a way business alone never could.

Together, Glenn and Lisa shared a passion for helping others through the Keeping Dreams Alive Foundation. That mission continues to shape his life and remains one of the deepest expressions of his purpose.

A Mission That Endures

Change one life, change a generation.

As Chief Operating Officer of the Keeping Dreams Alive Foundation, Glenn has helped shape the organization’s mission, strategic direction, and long-term impact since 2003. Through that work, he has helped support and influence the lives of students and student-athletes across at-risk communities.

This is where the business story and the human story meet: in the belief that leadership should create opportunity, dignity, and lasting change in the lives of others.

Second Act

Now returning to property management with more clarity than ever.

Today, Glenn is back with renewed passion to build the next great property management company — not by repeating the past, but by combining hard-earned experience with modern tools, including AI, to create faster, smarter, and more responsive service.

This new chapter is about being closer to the client, more present on site, more connected to boards, and more focused on relationships while technology handles what once took hours or days.

Why It Matters Now

Experience is the base. Purpose is the difference.

Stoutt Property Management is being built from a place of maturity, perspective, and conviction. It carries the weight of experience, the steadiness of tested leadership, and the heart of someone who understands that what we build should make life better for the people we serve.

This is not just a return to business. It is a return with purpose.
