The property management pillar tells the story of operational leadership at scale — building Sundance Property Management, managing a $500M+ portfolio, and leading communities through some of their most critical moments.
When communities need more than routine management, leadership becomes visible.
This is the chapter where strategy, accountability, relationships, and execution came together in one of South Florida’s largest privately owned property management operations.
Glenn founded and built Sundance Property Management Corp. into one of the largest privately owned property management companies in South Florida. Under his leadership, the portfolio exceeded $500 million in assets.
That required more than operations. It required trust from boards, strong systems, steady client relationships, and the ability to lead both people and properties with consistency.
Following Hurricane Andrew, Glenn coordinated the recovery of more than $250 million in property damage across managed assets. That work demanded fast decisions, communication under pressure, vendor leadership, and a calm command structure when communities needed direction most.
It remains a defining example of what high-level property leadership looks like when the stakes are real.
