Development • Vision • Execution

Development was the first proof that vision could become something real.

Before property management, there was design, planning, installation, and field execution. This pillar captures the builder’s side of the story — where Glenn learned how to create environments from the ground up and lead major projects with discipline.

What this pillar represents

Vision means very little until someone can turn it into something lasting.

This chapter began with landscape architecture and expanded into full-scale development leadership across major communities in South Florida.

Early Career

Designing high-end environments from the ground up.

Glenn began his professional path as a landscape architect and entrepreneur, designing and installing landscapes throughout some of the most prestigious communities in South Florida. The work demanded both creativity and execution — creating places that looked beautiful and functioned well for the people who lived there.

That foundation became more than a career start. It became a training ground for how to lead projects with detail, coordination, and pride in the final result.

Savannah Club

An 860-acre chapter that proved the scale of the vision.

One of the defining projects of that era was Savannah Club in Port St. Lucie — a master-planned 860-acre community. Glenn led the landscape architecture design for the residential development, roadways, clubhouse, and 18-hole golf course, while also overseeing installation.

This was more than design work. It was large-scale development leadership, field oversight, and the kind of responsibility that shapes a builder’s instincts for life.
